Common questions
Do you work from our drawings and specifications?
Yes. Send drawings, a spec or a photo, with quantities, and we will quote. We confirm sizes, fitter, material and edge finish with you before production.
Can you use our own fabric (COM)?
Yes. We make shades in customer-supplied material. Send us the fabric details and we will confirm it works for the shade.
Can we get swatches and samples?
Material swatches are free. For larger orders we can make a sample shade for approval.
What information do you need for a quote?
Shape, top and bottom size and slant height (or width and height for a drum), fitter type, material, edge finish and quantity. Our spec sheet lists everything.
What are your lead times and flame ratings?
Lead time depends on the quantity and material, so we give it with each quote. For flame ratings, tell us the standard your project needs and we will tell you which materials qualify.
