Common questions
Can you replace the shades without replacing our lamps?
Yes. We build the new shades on the same type of washer your lamps use (standard 3/8″, UNO, flat or Euro, or slotted), so they fit the bases you have.
Can you match the shades in our rooms now?
Yes. Send photos of the shade and lamp, ideally one from the side, one looking inside at the washer and one with a tape measure, and we will work out the specification and quote it.
Can we order in phases?
Yes. We keep your specification on file, so you can order floor by floor and every shade will match.
Can we see a sample first?
For larger orders we can make a sample shade so you can check it on your lamp before the full run.
How long does production take?
It depends on the quantity and material. Tell us your quantity and the date you need them, and we will give you a lead time with the quote.
